demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our
information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: www.turath.com.jo and www.TurathCom.com.

Guaranty Statement
TurathCom products are all hand-made.
Slight variations in size, color and design are UNAVOIDABLE and only add to the
charm and uniqueness of each item.
TurathCom guarantees satisfaction with every
product it sells. If an item does not meet your expectations, just Email us with your
reasons for returning the goods within 24 hours of receipt and send it back
within 30 days with a short note explaining the reason for return, and we will
replace, refund or credit your account, whichever you prefer.
If the returned product is defected from our side or did not meet the published specifications, we will bear the shipping
expences. If it did not meet the buyers standards only and was not defected,
the shipping expences will be deducted from the returned amount.

Ordering Procedure
The ordered product could be ready to ship if
it is still in stock, which allows for shipment within one day of order placement,
or needs to be made upon request if it went out of stock or needs customization
which results in 1-3 weeks delay in shipment, but is worth the wait.
If you want to buy an item from our shops:
- Chose the option for the item you need if it has many options.
- Specify the quantity you want to buy to have it added to your shopping cart.
- Click on ADD button below the item picture
At the end of your shopping tour and when you are ready to complete your order:
- Click on the "Complete Order" button on the top of the page
- Complete the information needed for the order to be completed.
- You can send us the order by fax or email. You can pay us using fax, email or our online payment procedures (when ready).
If you use want to use the fax:
- Print the order page with the order details then exit from site
- Write the card details on the fax and sign it
- Send it to the relevant fax number.
If you want to use the email:
- Print the order page with the order details
- Send us the email of the order details by pressing the "Email" button
- Write the card details on the fax and sign it
- Scan it and Send it to the relevant email ID.
If you want to pay online and use our secure payment method:
- We will explain it when ready
We will process your order as soon as we receive the order and confirmation of payment.
All customs and import duties applied to any shipment
are the purchaser's responsibility.

Shipping Procedures
The offered shipping methods in TurathCom mall are:
- Door to door delivery using SKYNET agency (prefered for breakable items).
- Air freight delivery using Royal Jordanian airways (prefered for wholesale orders).
- Hand delivery for addresses within Amman region of Jordan.
- Online download for soft copies of publications available to visitors.
International Delivery: Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of your order
if shipment method chosen is air freight, and 3-7 days if shipment method chosen is
door to door.
Local Delivery: Allow for 1-3 days for delivery to your address within Jordan in the usual cases.
You can pay us when you recieve your order in cash and in JD currency at the rate of 0.7JD/$, but only if your shipping address is within Amman-Jordan.

We offer discount of 5% for orders more than 200USD, and for repeat customers with total orders of 200USD.
We offer a free embroidered coaster for orders more than 50USD.
