A conference was conducted on June 2002 in Amman, Jordan under the title 'Standardization and Labeling of Artistic Products'. It was attended by Prodecom partners, local officials, representatives of international organizations such as EU Commission and Unesco.
It was in this conference that the UNSECO announced its support to the Label activity of the Prodecom project. This support will help the project to speed up the implementation of this certificate of quality, originality, and heritage both locally and internationally in more profound steps.
