Hosting Service conditions

The Rent a Shop in TurathCom Mall is open to:

1. The crafts/handmade products varying from food, sweets, pickles, soaps, candles, herbs, decoration, artistic items, small gifts, home accessories, etc...
   
2. The owners who are either establishments or individuals, professionals or amatuers, men or women, locals or foreigners.
   
3. The shops which are small businesses/crafts producers, suppliers, service provider, events managers, financial supporters, etc...
   

Prices and payment terms

TurathCom Mall is open to all local crafts/small producers from Jordan and from outside Jordan on different terms. The exact cost for the Rent a Shop service varies according to needs and terms of hosting. The following pricing could be applied as a standard:

1. 50$ paid once for shop design and setup, including 5 pages for each shop and upto 30 products.
2. 35$ paid once for the Arabic version of the shop contents.
3. 50$ paid yearly for shop rental starting the first day of shop upload.
4. Additional cost is calculated for products photography if any.
5. Additional cost is calculated if additional services are to be requested to the shop.
6. Setup cost is paid upon contracting, yearly cost is to be paid upon upload of shop contents.
7. Monthly maintenance of products is free of charge.
8. Shop and Mall marketing services are free of charge.
9. Additional commision of 25% is added to the product cost to cover online sales charges and paid upon sales transaction completion.
10. Sales amount is guaranteed by TurathCom to the shop owner.
