Project mission
Professional women with long experience in our region who lost their jobs or stopped working for a reason, have difficulties finding another job, either because of competition from the young generation, or because it is not easy for them to
promote themselves to organizations while looking for a job. Shurouq project as part of support to professional women, aims to play the role of promoter of our female's capabilites and working experience with focus on part-time and replacement jobs where competition is less, and chances
for such experience are high.
What the project is about
If you apply to Shurouq, you can benefit from our services, which we are initiating slowly but surely. Shurouq for women employment now:
Accepts applications from women looking for jobs
Searches for jobs on part-time, replacement, consultancy, on-project and maybe full-time for the applications
Promotes consultancy and training services executed by our job applicants
Trains interested women on Shurouq services
Builds loyal job owners locally, regionally and internationally
Utilizes retired women experience and know-how in several job openings
How job owners benefit
You are invited to benefit from our services if you answer YES to any of the following:

How it works
The project accepts Job finder request application from all women interested in finding a job, professional with several years of experience, who are not working and looking for a job.
The project staff promotes the project objectives and applications to private and governmental organizations, to encourage them to contact the project when a vacancy exists especially as a replacement, part-time, and temporary staffing.
The project links the applicant with employer and follows-up until the applicant is employed.
